Ministry of Women and Child Development (MWCD) in India, aimed at providing women a safe and anonymous way to report instances of sexual harassment at the workplace, educational institutions, and other related environments.
In accordance with the provision contained in The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013 (POSH Act), the Internal Complaint Committee(ICC) for redressal of complaints of sexual harassment of women at workplace is constituted with the following composition;
